Hello, I hope you enjoy my game. It looks a lot different than how I imagined, but that is okay, and I am still very proud of my result.
I am proud of my art, however I did not have time nor did I care to make angles for monsters at all directions. The game still works though. The monsters are not perfectly balanced, however they still have difficulty and I think are overall pretty fun.
If I had more time (or more dedication) I would have added more enemies and abilities. I found that my parent classes for monsters and projectiles provide easy and good framworks for adding more features in the game, so given another week or so I feel like I couldhave added at least two more enemies.
I learned more about HTML and audio in JS, as well as inheritance in object oriented programming. While I don't plan on pursuing computer science, I will definitely continue to program and code in my spare time. I found making this game and art extremely enjoyable, and I think I will make games as a little hobby on the side.
